GOLD WARRANTY

Warranty Period and Policy

The standard warranty for a gold service is 1 year from the shipping invoice with no extensions. The warranty is not transferable, and is only valid for the original device and the original device owner. The warranty protects the consumer against defects in the gold such as peeling, cracking, fading, or other related defects.

Exclusions
  • The damage or failure resulting directly or indirectly from fire, accidents, theft, abuse, negligence, alteration or tampering are not covered and any parts related to accidental damage repairs will be at cost to the customer.
  • Examples of damages NOT covered by our warranty service:
    • Physical damage to the LCD
    • Deep scratches/gouges in the gold coating
    • Spill damage
    • Gold coating damage caused by adhesives
    • Internal damages caused by dropping of unit or other obvious external damages
    • Damages to the gold coating caused by a tight fitting or hard case
    • Operational failure of any expansion plugs/slots caused by customer abuse
  • Should any of the above damages be discovered by our technicians, your product will be treated as an out of warranty product with the appropriate labor and parts fees applied. This also applies to any other damages due to user negligence.

CRYSTAL WARRANTY

Warranty Period and Policy

The standard warranty for a crystal service is 1 year excluding crystal fabrics from the shipping invoice with no extensions. The warranty is not transferable, and is only valid for the original device and the original device owner. The warranty protects the consumer against defects in the crystals. Every item found to be defective under this warranty may be, at the discretion of Switch:

  • replaced by an identical piece, if available
  • substituted with a piece of comparable value; or
  • repaired depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product as well as on the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts.

SKINS WARRANTY

Warranty Period and Policy

The standard warranty for a skin service is lifetime from the shipping invoice with no extensions. The warranty protects the consumer against defects in the texture such as peeling, cracking, fading, or other vinyl-related defects. The warranty is not transferable, and is only valid for the original device and the original device owner. Also, the replacement will be done with the best available skins options and the fee of AED 10/per side payable for warranty claims .

Exclusions
  • The damage or failure resulting directly or indirectly from fire, accidents, theft, abuse, negligence, alteration or tampering are not covered and any parts related to accidental damage repairs will be at cost to the customer.
  • Examples of damages NOT covered by our warranty service:
    • Physical damage to the LCD
    • Deep scratches/gouges in the textured skins
    • Spill damage
    • Textured skins damage caused by adhesives
    • Internal damages caused by dropping of unit or other obvious external damages
    • Damages to the texture coating caused by a tight fitting or hard case
    • Operational failure of any expansion plugs/slots caused by customer abuse
  • Should any of the above damages be discovered by our technicians, your product will be treated as an out of warranty product with the appropriate labor and parts fees applied. This also applies to any other damages due to user negligence.

CLEAR PROTECTION WARRANTY

The standard warranty for a clear protection service is lifetime on skins and 1 year on liquid protection from the shipping invoice with no extensions. The warranty protects the consumer against defects in the clear skin such as peeling, cracking, fading, or other film-related defects. The warranty is not transferable, and is only valid for the original device and the original device owner. Also, the fee of AED 10/per side payable for warranty claims.

Exclusions
  • The damage or failure resulting directly or indirectly from fire, accidents, theft, abuse, negligence, alteration or tampering are not covered and any parts related to accidental damage repairs will be at cost to the customer.
  • Examples of damages NOT covered by our warranty service:
    • Physical damage to the LCD

    • Spill damage
    • Clear protection damage caused by adhesives
    • Internal damages caused by dropping of unit or other obvious external damages
    • Damages to the clear protection coating caused by a tight fitting or hard case
    • Operational failure of any expansion plugs/slots caused by customer abuse

Warranty on International Orders

All warranties are currently applicable only in your region of purchase viz. UAE or KSA. In order to claim your warranty, please write to us at [email protected] regarding your issues with “Order ID” and a clear picture of defect. We will get back to you within 2 working days.

Important Note: All courier and custom expenses and the responsibility of sending your device to our warehouse in UAE and back to your country will be borne by you.


Device Manufacturer’s Warranty Cancellation

These terms and conditions apply to you in respect of the customization service you have ordered from Axiom Telecom LLC under the brand Switch/XCustoms. We recommend you read these terms and conditions carefully before completing your order for customization services and retain a copy for future reference.

The implementation of certain customization services ordered by you for your identified device will potentially cancel any manufacturer’s warranty you have in respect of such device. Currently this is a high potential in respect of Gold Plating, Color, and Engraving. You confirm you understand this risk and specifically instruct Axiom Telecom LLC to proceed with the implementation of the customization services ordered by you when you make payment for such services. Axiom Telecom LLC fully disclaims any liability for any cancelled warranty resulting from the implementation of the customization services you order for an identified device.

As a special service for Axiom customers, the Axiom warranty will be maintained in accordance with its original terms and conditions in respect of any new devices purchased from Axiom outlets even if the customization services noted above are ordered and implemented and provided there are no other cancellation events separate from such customization services that may have acted to cancel such warranty.
